Meet the Administrative Team

I am thrilled to be in my nineteenth year in education, all of which I have been honored to spend at Cyd Lash Academy. My journey here began as a teacher, working in both high school and middle school classrooms to support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and emotional needs. This is my second year serving as the Assistant Principal, and I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, therapeutic environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from Illinois State University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Northeastern University. As an assistant principal, I recognize that each student has unique strengths, needs, and challenges. My mission is to empower students by providing the support and resources they need to achieve their full potential while building a safe, nurturing school community.
